You made something that I was dreading into an enjoyable experience, having never been to Hatton Garden before it all felt very overwhelming especially as we didn’t really know what we wanted. We had an hour to kill before our appointment and looked in a few of the shops and I hated them all I was ready just to forget it all and go home but Anthony tempted me into Costa and we read through the reviews of COO online, after reading them I decided to stay and go to the appointment and I’m so glad I did, you made me feel at ease and wasn’t at all pushy, you were patient was us and talked us through the different types if rings.
